There is no such thing as negative or positive thoughts. Thought is just a thought and what happens within us, we are only responsible for that and nobody else is. If we consider someone else responsible for what we think and how we feel, it is a slavery but, the truth is that we are the creator of our thought. Pointing our finger at someone else is just wasting our time. If any thought pops up in our mind, we are creating it. There is no external force who is doing that for us and whatever thought comes in our mind it has no power if we consider it as a thought itself. It becomes powerful only when we start thinking that it’s a reality then it holds the power. The problem of today is that we have started blaming the world for our condition and we say that to get my mind fixed, to get my thoughts fixed, the world needs to get fixed.

This is the only issue. The word thinking means that you choose your thoughts. That you are conscious of what you are thinking. What is happening right now is that the thought process is just happening in its own way. What is negative or positive?

Negative and positive is just this that when your thoughts are in your control it is positive and when they are not in your control that is what is negative about it. It is not like when you think of a devil it is negative and when you think of a deity it is positive. Our thought is our creation simple. It is either a conscious thought or an unconscious thought that’s all.

Now how can you stop them? What kind of content we watch holds maximum of the power. It has the the major effect our mind and thoughts. So to control the mind we need to change our ‘EMOTIONAL DIET’. Stop eating bad food. Excess of everything is bad. Even excess of news and entrainment is also bad.
